How fast does my purchase arrive?

Instantly if you're online. If not, it's waiting for you the moment you next join — Tebex queues it up automatically.

What happens if I cancel my rank subscription?

You keep every perk until the current billing period ends, then it expires — no partial refunds for time left, same as any subscription. Crate keys you've already bought are yours to keep and open whenever.

Does this work on Bedrock too?

Yes. Java and Bedrock players share the same server through Geyser, and purchases deliver to both the same way. Just enter the username you play with.

What payment methods are supported?

Card, PayPal, and a handful of regional methods — all handled by Tebex, so your payment details never touch our server.

Refund policy?
